No. Prices do not include transport. On request, we will prepare a separate quotation for transport. We normally take care of the transport on behalf of the customer, but we are not a transport company. The transport is handled directly by our forwarding agent, with whom we handle all shipments, and who is responsible for managing everything related to the shipment of goods. It is true, however, that by always working with the same forwarding agent we have preferential prices and a long-standing relationship of trust.
If we take care of the transport of your goods, we will provide you with the details of our forwarding agent and they will give you a tracking number for your goods.
